Millwheel South
Modern day artistic innovation meets the historic neighborhood of Dogpatch through R Group’s latest completed project, Millwheel South. The mixed use development was completed in June 2012 is located in one of San Francisco’s most vibrant and brightest communities. Millwheel South’s features include thirty-two 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes located around a central courtyard, seventy-one car spaces, two retail spaces and a 4,000 square foot PDR unit.
This project has been R Group’s fastest selling residential site with all units sold in four weeks, further proving the continued success of R Group’s ability to build properties ensuring maximum utility for residents. The name of the property came from the discovery of two old millwheels on the site before development began. Millwheel South’s sister project, Millwheel North, is in its final stages of completion.
