Founded in 2004 the company’s founding mission is “to enhance the clients standard of living by the careful planning, design and construction of their homes” The idea that a building can be the foundation of a great community leading to neighborhood pride and identity is the inspiration behind R Group’s work.

Redmond Lyons has over twenty years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and the founding of R Group Inc. in 2004 has led to him becoming a leader in the development industry of San Francisco. His keen eye for ideal locations and vision on what they could become in both live/work buildings and residential condominiums has lead to the creation of high quality successful developments including the fabulous Potrero Hill, Sierra Heights and the recently completed gem Millwheel South located in Dogpatch. The Mission and Potrero Hill are home to some of Redmond’s best work. As both a contractor and developer, Redmond is involved with all aspects of the work necessary, right from the planning stages of a project to the breaking of the rock and right up until the keys are handed over to the new owners.Redmond has established himself as a renowned San Francisco developer, whose reputation continues to be enhanced with each successful development.
